This haunting nameless pain:	malgaj' en la koro naskiĝis;	daß ich so traurig bin;	Tristissimus cur sim,
A tale of the bygone ages	el tempo jam enterigita	ein Märchen aus alten Zeiten,	Antiqui aevi fabellam
Keeps brooding through my brain:	legendo al mi reviviĝis.	das kommt mir nicht aus dem Sinn.	Cur saepe volverim.

The faint air cools in the gloaming,	Jam malvarmetiĝas l' aero,	Die Luft ist kühl und es dunkelt,	Vesperascit et frigescit,
