| rüttelt ganz gewaltig dran. | kaj ĝi ege streĉas sin. | |
| Alle Bäume schütteln sich, | Ĉiuj arboj skuas sin, | |
| sind darüber ärgerlich. | ĉagreniĝas je la fin’. | |
| Dann pfeift er ein Liedchen vor, | Tiam fajfas kanton ĝi, | |
